1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3. Eligibility & Registration

• Only one cuci888 account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Multiple accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• cuci888 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its absolute discretion, including where cuci888 has reason to believe that eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci888 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. cuci888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify cuci888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. cuci888 may suspend or close an account pending investigation of any suspected breach of security.

cuci888 performs identity verification (KYC) as required by its licensing obligations. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by cuci888 for this purpose, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5. Deposits

All deposits to your cuci888 account are processed in MYR. cuci888 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Bank Islam, among others.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform's deposit page.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods that you are legally authorised to use and that are registered in your own name.
• cuci888 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• cuci888 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as required by its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits are credited to your cuci888 balance upon confirmed receipt. cuci888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. cuci888 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period, as displayed on the Platform.
• cuci888 targets processing of approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to third-party payment processing times.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of related funds is permitted.
• cuci888 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity or source-of-funds verification.
• cuci888 is not liable for funds lost or delayed due to incorrect bank account or e-wallet details provided by the Member.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

cuci888 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unmet bonuses expire automatically.
• cuci888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Member's account where it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, by means of multiple accounts, or through any form of abuse.
• cuci888 may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice where practicable.
• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, IP address, and device.

8. Gaming Rules

All games offered on the cuci888 platform are subject to specific game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any malfunction of a game or the Platform, all affected bets are void and stakes are returned.

• cuci888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games use physical equipment under camera surveillance.
• cuci888's decision on the outcome of any wager is final, subject only to internal dispute resolution procedures.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Any conduct that cuci888 reasonably determines to be abusive toward its staff or other members.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including cash funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

cuci888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is strictly for entertainment and is not a source of income. cuci888 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Members.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set loss limits that restrict total losses within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a more extended break may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances within the chosen exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuci888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cuci888's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Amendments to Terms
